Terms of Service

By accessing, using, or receiving any Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, together with the provisions of our Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Policies”), which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. If you do not accept and agree to these terms and conditions and our Policies, you may not access or use the Services.

Yuzang Network Technology Co., Ltd. may revise this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in applicable laws or requirements, or modifications or updates to the Services. If such changes materially affect your rights under this Agreement, Yuzang Network Technology Co., Ltd. will notify you. Unless required by law or for security reasons requiring immediate effect, changes will not apply retroactively, and reasonable notice will be provided before the revised terms take effect. If you object to being bound by this Agreement, our Policies, or any subsequent modifications, you must cease using the Services (see Cancellation and Termination).

Eligibility

The Services are available only to users aged 13 or older (or the age of majority in your country, if higher than 13). If you are under 13 years of age (or below the age of majority in your country if higher than 13), you are not authorized to use the Services and must cancel your account and stop using the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your country if higher than 13).

If you use the Services on behalf of another party, entity, or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party, entity, or organization to this Agreement and to handle all matters related to the Services and this Agreement on behalf of such party, entity, or organization.

License and Services

Scope of Use License: Yuzang Network Technology Co., Ltd. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited and revocable license to install and use Yuzang Network Technology Co., Ltd.’s software only on the number of devices for which you have paid applicable fees and taxes, and only during the term of your service plan. Each subscription permits installation and use of Yuzang Network Technology Co., Ltd.’s software to protect one device. You may transfer the license from one device to another by contacting us. If you wish to use the Services on multiple devices, you must obtain a separate license for each device, or acquire multi-device licenses by purchasing additional licenses or license packages. This license permits you to use Yuzang Network Technology Co., Ltd.’s software solely for the purpose of accessing the Services. We reserve all other rights in Yuzang Network Technology Co., Ltd.’s software. Your license to use Yuzang Network Technology Co., Ltd.’s software is subject to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these license terms, you must cancel your account and discontinue use of the Services.

Service Access Restrictions: You may access the Services only through interfaces and protocols provided or authorized by Yuzang Network Technology Co., Ltd. You agree not to access the Services by unauthorized means, such as unauthorized software clients.

Redistribution: Unless you have a separate reseller agreement or other explicitly authorized agreement with Yuzang Network Technology Co., Ltd. permitting such activities, you may not redistribute the Services or grant others access to or use of the Services. You may contact Yuzang Network Technology Co., Ltd. to apply for licenses for enterprise or reseller use and distribution of Yuzang Network Technology Co., Ltd.’s software.

Service Modifications and Updates: Yuzang Network Technology Co., Ltd. may adjust the Services and any of their aspects or features from time to time for security or legal reasons, to ensure service operability, reflect technological advances, or enhance the features we provide to customers. You consent to automatic updates of the Services installed on your computer.

Cancellation, Termination and Refunds

You may cancel any Service at any time during its term, including if you disagree with the Services or changes to this Agreement. You may manage your billing preferences via the "My Services" option in the control panel. Alternatively, you may contact us through our Help Center for assistance.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks or similar items associated with the Services belong to their respective owners, including but not limited to Yuzang Network Technology Co., Ltd. All intellectual property rights relating to the Services remain the property of Yuzang Network Technology Co., Ltd. and its licensors. You agree not to take any action that may infringe upon, restrict or interfere with the intellectual property rights of Yuzang Network Technology Co., Ltd. and its licensors.

Disclaimer and Indemnification

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk. You further acknowledge and agree that Yuzang Network Technology Co., Ltd. does not control and is not responsible for the content of information transmitted through network hubs, access points or the Internet, unless such information is transmitted through equipment controlled by Yuzang Network Technology Co., Ltd.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless (i) Yuzang Network Technology Co., Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers, and (ii) any third-party suppliers providing information or services, together with their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, subcontractors, affiliates and contractors (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against all losses, costs, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of any breach of these terms and conditions (including this Agreement and our Policies) or any violation of applicable laws, statutes or regulations. If any Indemnified Party faces a claim for which indemnification is sought from you, such Indemnified Party shall have the right to assume the defense and control of such claim at your expense, and under no circumstances may you settle any claim without the prior written consent of the Indemnified Party.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Yuzang Network Technology Co., Ltd. and you concerning the Services and supersedes all prior agreements between you and Yuzang Network Technology Co., Ltd. relating to the subject matter hereof. Unless expressly stated otherwise, any items or services provided by Yuzang Network Technology Co., Ltd. for the further provision of Services shall be governed by this Agreement. In the event of conflict between this Agreement and other documents, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail. Any reference in this Agreement to masculine, feminine or neuter gender, or singular or plural number shall be interchangeable according to the context of the sentence.

Severability

This Agreement shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law for any reason: (i) such provision shall be reasonably construed, interpreted or modified to render it valid, enforceable and consistent with its original intent; (ii) the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, all of which shall remain in full force and effect.
